Praying for Your Children: A Free Printable

A free printable filled with simple prayers you can offer to the Lord on behalf of your children.

As Christian parents, we want to surround our children with prayer. When our hearts are heavy, sometimes we can struggle to find the word to pray specifically for them and for their spiritual needs. Here is a great list of simple prayers that you can use to cover your children with prayer. Consider using this list to pray over your children as they sleep in their beds.

  • Thank you for sharing. As I was filling out the print out for each of my children, I felt led to also print out one for their future spouse as well. Granted each are no where near the marrying age, I have always prayed the Lord would send them a Christian spouse though. Now I can also have a focus to pray specific for them also whomever they may be. May God bless. Melanie Brandon

    • Hi Melanie – What a wonderful prayer. I don’t think it is ever too early to pray for our kid’s future spouses. I know my mom started when I was very young and God most certainly honored her prayers. Thank you for stopping by and encouraging us all to follow your lead.
